The DC kit is even more simple, take out blanking plate, install standoff plate (or make one) and stick the attached plug with jumper out the back of the radio.
Actually will be using my CK-70 as I picked up both an early version R7000 (slanted I ) and a R7100 unblocked early version this weekend at the swap meet.
