Radio Communications Sales Representative Needed

Breakthrough Communications is seeking self-starting sales professionals to assist in the continued growth of our business in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and West of the Metroplex areas. We are an established wireless sales and service company with an excellent reputation for customer service. Our sales representative will be responsible for growing our customer base and loading our trunking system in the Metroplex. We are looking for high-energy individuals with a proven track record of success in the two-way industry. Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for:

- Meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Developing new accounts through prospecting activities
- Assisting current customers with transistioning to narrowband communications
- Sales focus and growth of Kenwood, Icom, Hytera, and E.F. Johnson product lines
- Ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualified candidates will posses:

- Basic knowledge of 2-way radio communications (SMR and APCO Project-25 a plus)
- Preferred 2-years of outside sales experience
- A track record of personal sales success
- A strong track record of new account development
- Evidence of results-driven focus
- Strong verbal and organizational skills
- Proficent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Reliable transportation, including a clean driving record
- Clean criminal history
