Radio streaming time out timer

Hi, im new to radio reference, for some reason im trying to broadcast my feed but im having issues, i have a stable internet connection, no firewall anti virus Etc. but cant bring it up! disconnecting every 30 seconds!!! hare is a bit of my detailed log:

i tryed to use Radio Feed instead of Scanner cast but gets knocked off as well every 34 seconds.

i just changed the port from 80 to 8080 working like a charm thanks!!!
