They're hitting people well beyond the recommended usage range for the pl3, especially on a rainy day like today and with small black cars. Sounds like they're on the bypass out near Bay Roberts. Pulling people for 86-90km/h infractions.
And some guy just asked to see the reading as he was going under the PSL when they suggest they got them. My guess is their range + conditions is causing their PL3 to read higher then it should.
