Can someone confirm if the R&N is using 161.310 MHz in the Reading/CP Belt area? The database here on RR shows that freq, but (older) NS ETTs show 160.770 MHz as in use. I hear them on 160.770 in the Port Clinton, Jim Thorpe area. Are they using 161.310 MHz? IF so, in what areas.

Yes, 161.310 is being used in the Reading listening area. I'm not in the radio room until in the early morning; I'll list what frequencies are busy here in Reading when I get there.

In addition to the freqs used by R/N; here is what I'm hearing as active NF freqs by my QTH:
160.245 - 160.350 - 160.635 - 160.800 - 160.860 - 160.980 - 161.310

It seems like every time I drive through Reading scanning all of the AAR channels, there are an incredible number of them active including a couple of repeaters. I have never sat there long enough to try and figure them all out.

That is interesting that you have noted some repeaters in use. More then a decade ago, the R&N ran a quite strong repeater with an output on 160.770. It was so strong it could be heard mobile in the central Bucks county area. Today, that seems to be gone as any traffic I have heard on .770 is simplex and only when near Port Clinton.
