Rebanding Washington State

I was wondering when WSDOT would reband. As discussed on Tac 2, the Seattle area systems won't reband til next year if not later, as well.

WSDOT did do some preliminary rebanding of some of their sites in Clark, Skamania, Cowlitz, Lewis and other areas in SW Washington. This was to move out of the FCC channels 1-120 so that they could be freed up for the second phase of rebanding. This was over a year ago.
