Recording software and id logging ?

I was wondering if there are any good scanner recording software out there
that can log id's or names and times or just any recording software that i can hook up to my sound card ? or any neat software that would work with a bc796d ?

Butel's ARC250! It creates a seperate WAV file for each hit. The file names indicates all the relative info, freq, date, time, etc.
