Regency HX1000 Memory Battery?

My saga with old Regencies continues. The HX1000 I got on FleaBay a few months ago functions perfectly...except, after a week or so of not being used, it will forget its stored frequencies. Is there some kind of internal battery or capacitor I can change so the scanner doesn't forget its stored frequencies?
