Renew subscription fails

I select renew - no prob I get the PayPal page
I select credit card - no prob I get the fill info
I provide the info but when I get to the address field and click on the autofill info to fill the field.... the system flips me out and returns me to the original start the process page but it is now in French???

My concern is when I did it the first time I filled in everything but the delivery address fields. When I confirmed the transaction including agree to terms - it flipped me to the mandatory fields missing screen with the delivery address fields highlighted in red - I attempted to fill the field but was immediately returned to start over screen (in French) see above.

Now I do not know if my CD info has been collected but without a transaction! Very suspicious.... am I compromised now?

I do not have a PayPal account is there another way to do this without PayPal broken interface?

We're not having any problems with our subscription checkout process at this time that I can see other than your report.

You don't need a Paypal account to checkout. SImply choose "I don't have a Paypal account" on the checkout screen.

Maybe try again later? Don't use the autofill feature (that's a browser specific thing that we cannot control)? - it's possible maybe the merchant checkout process was broken for your area (Canada?) and Paypal was experiencing a problem. But I'm just not seeing anything that suggests any problem - we've processed TONS of payments over the past 24 hours.
