Providing you have the cable to connect from your PC to your scanner. https://sites.google.com/site/sixspotsoftware/downloads I tried that suggestion mule1075 posted and swore I'd never do it like that again.

O okeywvu Member Joined Dec 17, 2013 Messages 10 Mar 25, 2015 #5 Thanks for the info guys, but I tried hold/2/9 and it cleared the memory, but it still wont pick up anything. I have another one of them and hooked it back up and it works fine. Something must be wrong with the unit.
