Richmond Regional Fire Numbering

Like the DC area, Richmond-area fire departments are switching to a regional numbering system. This is what I've come up with so far:

1 Richmond
2 Chesterfield
3 Henrico
4 Hanover
5 New Kent
6 Goochland
7 Powhatan
8 Petersburg
9 Colonial Heights

Any additions/corrections?

Presently (3/15/2020) only New Kent, Goochland, Powhatan, and Colonial Heights are using it full-time. Henrico is planning on adopting in July and Chesterfield's adoption will be once their new CAD is live this year.
