while scanning the Tulsa DPS trunked site, I have been hearing several people intermittently on RMA 2F (38352) all morning; they are not using designators and the traffic is pretty much plain speech, but I can't quite figure out what they're up to (they keeping meeting up at different addresses in north Tulsa, and every once and awhile asking something like: "are you ready?").

Have heard them doing the same thing in the past. Last time I heard them on the TG they were in downtown Tulsa.

At times during the day, the TG can be very busy and trying to determine what is going on can be difficult at times.

RMA-2F is used by the Fugitive Task Force which usually consists of TPD and TCSO. They go out and find and bring in wanted subjects in the metro area. Sometimes during high profile cases the ATF and US Marshals will be involved. Daily activity is heard on this sub-fleet however sensitive cases communication is on Next-Tell.
