I've got the same problem on my Pro-162. I moved around some freq's this week and put them in a different bank, leaving Roseville's TRS where it was. Only difference was the channels moved up in the bank. Now the city is silent, except for RV fire's VHF freq. I've gone into the scanner's menu and selected 800 ch plan and made the first two custom ranges the same as above, while leaving the other 4 ranges blank. If I manually step through each of the system's freq's I hear everything just fine, but as soon as I hit "SCAN", nothing, and that's in both open and closed mode.

Got it fixed. Went into the scanner's menu and changed "Set Control Ch Only" from "on" to "off". Roseville runs just fine now. I don't know enough to know why either works, but I've always scanned with that option "on". In fact, all of my other trunked systems are run with C-Ch Only "on". If anyone can enlighted me, that would be great.
