RR software import

I posted this problem in the software forum yesterday, but not getting replies, thought I would post here. I have a premium subscription to RR, but I cannot get the "State" dropdown window to open so I cannot get the software for my Pro-106 downloaded.

Yes, I have entered username, password and connect.
The :Country" dropdown does open

I use Hughesnet Sattelite service
Win 7 64 bit
IE 8

Help from anyone appreaciated

PS I did get a reply in the software forum to use a different US supplier.

At the bottom af the RR Web Service -build 45 page it states..

INIT Not OK Cannot Read User Data

Is this because of my Sattelite internet service?

its probably not your isp if the country does show up. how long have you waited? you might just have to give it time to load.

I had though of that, so waited up to half hour. Still couldnt get the State to open

ltjweiss, Thanks for trying to help. And thanks to Gommert with BuTel for his knowledge of the problem. I contacted Hughesnet and had them turn off TurboPage option. That took care of the problem with the State drop down menu.
