We are trying to put Tilcon Connecticut Inc. (business) onto our SDS100 thru Sentinel. I can find the code page in RR but cannot find them in the Sentinel drop down menu. It is shown as "Radio Service" and is listed as: IG: Industrial/Business Pool, Conventional. Any ideas on why I cannot locate it? US/Connecticut/New Haven is my path. Thank you.

In the database or in FCC licenses?
If it is in RR, which I doubt, it is in Sentinel.

I checked the business website and noticed they operate all over the state, so it's possible they also operate on OneVoice Network. I see there's a bunch of TG's listed with references to asphalt and concrete.
First, make sure that your database in Sentinel is up to date.
