RTL SDR problems on Win x64

Hey everyone... my first post... an right on problem:
RTL SDR ... USB stick... Win7 x64....

32bit version of rtl_test.exe gives me this:

64bit version of rtl_test.exe gives me this:

So..... 64bit version works, 32bit version doesn't..... that wouldn't be much of a problem, unless... SDR# didn't work also... so any idea how to run SDR# is greately appreciated!

Have you replaced the driver with the winusb driver using zadig?

Of course, multiple times, and ran it as Administrator always.

And did you use the SDR# install program?

Yes, SDR# install.bat program used. The thing is nothing works, tried HDSDR, and few other programs and they all say they can't open the device. Forget this, I'll reinstall Windows and then it will work for sure.
