I have SDRTrunk 0.6.0 beta 2 and it keeps telling me that it's not compatible even though apparently from the few forum posts about this that I read, they all say it's compatible, but the software begs to differ. Should I just return my SDR for any older one or is there a proper fix?

What is the exact error? Have you properly installed the drivers for it? Is it a legitimate or knock off RTL-SDR?
Yes, I have installed the drivers properly, and It seems to be a legitimate one considering I got it as a 40$ kit from amazon. I wouldn't know what to look for if it's a bootleg.
Download version 0.6.0 of sdrtrunk Release Version 0.6.0 (final) · DSheirer/sdrtrunk it is for the V4, the version you are using it not for V4.
