That is pretty much what I have except I have tg 1013 untagged haven't heard anything on it yet. As of this post security units are still transmitting in the clear. I have not seen any ENC traffic today.

How high do they have the power set? Asking because there was once a day where you could hear Rush citywide. Is that still the case? Or does one need to be closer to the hospital? I know the only time I ever tried to receive them was when I was within the footprint of the IMC campus, or right at Rush's doorstep.

It's really not a matter of power vs antenna height. If you go down to the campus, you can see their antenna on top of one of the buildings and its up there high.
