Sachse going Fully Encrypted

I heard from a friend of a friend that the City of Sachse is fully encrypting both FD and PD. Does anyone have any info on this?

Longshot, next time your sitting in non-moving traffic due to a wreck, sue the City of Sachse for the gas you burned up going no where when having a non-encrypted fire channel could have aided you in re-routing your trip and avoiding the affected area.

I think you'd have more luck suing the people involved in the accident for delaying you.

Even better, sue whoever last paved that road or the station that sold them gas or the doctor that saved the life of the driver of the vehicle that caused the accident (because if he didn't the wreck would have never happened).
