Yes, they have. Some of Dispatch is in the clear, but I've noticed recently that Sandy Hook Rangers have switched to Encryption.

The encryption situation has been ongoing for a while now, I think since the end of the season 2022. As stated above the dispatch is still in the clear. Interesting that when I'm up in the northwest corner of the state the Delaware Water Gap radio is still 100% in the clear.
