Anyone else tried to contact Scanner Master by email and never get any response? Not great customer service i believe

Yes, I wrote to them nearly a year ago, regarding the DMR upgrade of the BCD436HP.
Maybe their reply has been beamed toward Mars.
I'm waiting to be able to afford a TRX-1 in the months to come.

Were you using the "Contact Us" link or sending an email directly? If the latter what email address were you using?

We answer hundreds of emails daily and many come back undeliverable as the address provided was incorrect. Others end up in user's spam boxes or get sent to the Promotions tab and get missed. Sometimes your emails end up in our spam, believe me we get plenty!

It seems Yahoo and Hotmail addresses end up in spam more often, G-Mail and Outlook address much less frequently.

Feel free to call in from 10a-4p M-F as well.
