Screen Brightness

I want to change the screen brightness on my SDS200, I have no problem doing it on my SDS100. Function 5
Low set to 10 Med set to 50 and High set to 100 rotate the knob to the setting I want, but how do I get the change to take? Thanks

While I'm here can the USB A port be used to power and charge my SDS100?

Thank You never thought of pushing it twice to get the change to take.
I still like the way it's done on the SDS100 more.
