I'm in SW Ontario and was getting marine traffic on 1541.447. Been about 6 months since I've worked the sats.
I gave up on decoding inmarsat I have to stick the antenna out my bedroom window to face south to do that I have to take the screen off the window and put the antenna on a long stick to get any reception and then only get 6 aero frequencies, 5 600bps and 1 1200 bps. Cant leave the screen off the window bugs and spiders come into the bedroom, also have the air conditioner on. And in the winter I can not leave the window open. Never got any signals that I can think of for the marine decoding and that was what I really wanted, so unless I move in the future I don't think I will be decoding inmarsat. But thank you for your help and also all the others out there that took the time to help. Its been a few days now @Saint and I wonder how you are getting along with this question?
Still no decodes? Any information you can share you help us help you?

Put a check mark in transmitThey are both on the same port
Is it the case that SCYTALE-C can decode only some of the INMARSAT frequencies that Jaero can decode? If so, what causes this limitation? Here is the list of KNOWN working frequencies that SCYTALE-C can 100% decode.
AOR-W: 1537.70 MHz
IOR: 1537.10 MHz
AOR-E: 1541.45 MHz
POR: 1541.45 MHz
The are all 100% good and data streaming to my and many other websites.

Are there open source applications that decode both ACARS aero and STD-C? Or plugins for SDR# that decode aero? Thanks
Multipsk will decode both but the best programs for both only will do that type. Jaero for aero andAre there open source applications that decode both ACARS aero and STD-C? Or plugins for SDR# that decode aero? Thanks
....isn't open sourceMultipsk will decode both but ....
Gain is at 49.6, no option for Bias-Tee in SDR# though there is in SDR ConsoleCheck your gain and be sure your biastee is on
There is a way to activate the biastee you'll ha e to do some digging but it's a separate bat file you'll have to setup but it's simple. Just Google and you'll find it. You run that bat file before you startup sdr# and when you start it you'll have signals
