Sentinel does see the card because I can select SDS100 to Clear User Data.
I've tried on a Lenovo with Win 7 and a Dell with Win 10

Thanks, bud.
Done #1-5 over a dozen times.
HomePatrol-2, right?
I've tried HP-1 and HP-2 without success though.
I notice that I don't have Target Model under Tools

Are you using the correct Sentinel version? The one with the orange start up logo if you have the hp1 or 2? If not, you need Sentinel with the green logo.

From the version number you show here:

you are using the wrong version of Sentinel for your SDS100.

I am using Sentinel with the orange logo for my SDS100.
I'll try the green logo.
I feel good about this...
Yes! That did it.
I hate being a noob.
Thanks so much fxdscon!

Don't leave us hanging! Others may Google this problem and find this post that you are up and running but you did not say which part of the process fixed the problem.
I reformatted the chip then loaded a program from my history and it worked sorry I did not say what worked

Hi, I have the same problem again. So it looks like I need to replace it with a new one. Question it came with a 4gb chip I was wondering if I should go with a different one has anyone changed and had better luck?
Thank you

Also, Uniden recommends the High Endurance version of SD cards. Scanners do a lot more read/write cycles than folks think. The High Endurance card has a longer life span.
