Short amateur video showing opening SDRSharp v1732 with Windows 10 and RTL-SDR.COM V3 SDR. I use VLC Media Player. I was able to capture it opening in the Taskbar instead of Full Screen as expected at 00:36.

The Blue SDR has poor frequency accuracy, a poor included antenna and express shipping was expensive. I think the RTL-SDR.COM V3 is a better choice for VHF and UHF.
