SDR stream to IceCast server

I am trying to stream to https://www.internet-radio.com/servers/icecast/

Everything is ok until I am trying to use squelch.

When squelch trigger is on my stream on client side is interrupted.
I think this is a problem of -E pad parameters.

How can i check does my rtl_fm support sending null to the server when squelch is on ?

Problem is that -E pad is broken as of now, while it should be producing zeros, it is not.

RTLSDR-Airband might work better for you, the newer fork can hand nfm.
