SDRTrunk SDR Trunk RR System View Missing County

I'm attempting to set up an RTL-SDR V3 with SDR Trunk. When I go to the Radio Reference tab and drill down to:
County: United States
State: Kansas
County: Jackson
System: KSICS

Jackson County is missing under the System View tab. So time for a noob question. Now what? The county recently announced that "
the county’s long-awaited 800 MHz public safety tower officially went on the air".

If there is indeed a new KSICS site in Jackson County you or someone needs to submit the confirmed info to the RRDB so it can show up in SDRTrunk and other apps. Welcome to the forums

I think this is what you are looking for. I don't currently have the paid RR subscription, but if you go to the free website database, then manually search (Ctrl-F) on Jackson, it will pop up. Along with Holton and other cities. There is also a KANSAS KSCIS forum thread if you need help.
