I am a feed provider streaming a P25 simulcast using a conventional scanner. I have been learning to use SDRTrunk and find it far superior to my Uniden BCD536HP.
I have SDRTrunk (v0.5.0-alpha6) configured with two RTL-SDR dongles running on a quad core with Windows 10
I have my P25 system programmed in and working properly.
My problem is with streaming my feed to Broadcastify. It connects and is streaming the feed (as well as Alpha Tags) but on the Broadcastify listening side using Scanner Radio (Android) after about 5-10 minutes it disconnects and then reconnects after a small delay. I don't see any errors in the sdrtrunk.app.log that I am aware of.
FYI The system I monitor is very busy and the dispatcher's are long winded. I say this because to my understanding SDRTrunk queues the calls so during busy times the calls stack up. I don't know if there is a limit and may be causing the feed interruptions.
Like I said, I run a conventional scanner feed and it's rock solid so I am confident that my internet connection is working properly.
Anyone have a tip as to why this is happening? And if there is a fix or workaround?
