New to SDRTrunk and need help diagnosing why I am just receiving short audio blips (maybe a few short words or short robotic hash) upon receiving a signal. Receiver is an RTL-SDR Blog V4 and I have been using it for quite awhile with other programs (SDR Console) and it is operating fine.
This is the hospital system I have programmed in - it is Leominster Hospital from the UMass Memorial Health Alliance system - DMR Motorola Capacity Plus Multi Site (TRBO):
I am less than a mile from the hospital. One thing I noted is the the Radio Reference import does not bring in the Control Frequency 464.775c which is associated with Clinton Hospital in another town in this same system, but I'm not sure that's the issue. I did install/run the JMBE Audio Library - Current version 1.0.9. I also have all the talkgroups loaded.

My antenna is a GRA‑D220R Mini Discone and is on my desktop. I receive other conventional analog frequencies fine many miles away.
