SDRTrunk - Unable to initialize R828D

Iv'e recently purchased a second SDR dongle to monitor a p25 simulcast system and now im getting the error with the second dongle that says
"Error - unable to initialize R828D" Iv'e reinstalled the driver , changed the serial number so that it didnt match the first dongle and it still no working. Iv'e also attempted utilizing different ports.
I have attached images with what both prompts are reflecting. (Win11)

Tried it with another program & different pc still nothing. Guess it’s one of those fake ones

Not necessarily. I have had a genuine one D.O.A. They sent a new one without expecting the broken one back.
