SDS 100 not picking frequencies very well

Hi, seems to since getting the SDS100 been having issues picking up O’Brien county police frequencies and don’t understand why my 436 had no issues. I’ve messed with filters and nothing seems to get better

Are you using the same exact programming? Have you tried the antenna from the 436 on the 100?

Do you have the service types selected on the 100?

What happens if you completely shut off/disable the filters? I run a 436 and 200 and don't use any filters on the 200 at all.

Still miss a lot compared to the county next to me. I can pick up a lot of clay but O’Brien not as much

Yes have one 8 miles away comes in loud and clear no issues with reception
