I have several scanners hooked up to Dell Laptop Win 10 using ProScan and all is well except for the SDS scanners virtual display. ProScan will not load my customized display colors. Getting the error that a cfg file could not be located for the display. I have not had the time to mess with it, but I would like to see the displays on the computer as I have customized them. Right now all 3 SDS scanners only show green with black font. Everything else is working fine, just the ProScan error message that it cannot locate the file for my display. I have briefly looked but cannot locate the cfg files. Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks!

1. In the ProScan Options - > Scanner Specific tab. Click the "Sentinel profile.cfg File Location" button
2. Navigate to the Sentinel Profile folder which is usually (I believe)
..\Documents\Uniden\BCDx36HP\Profile
3. Choose a profile folder containing the desired colors
4. Click on OK

Hmm...a quick try on that leads me to the SDS200s profile(s) but only to a folder HPDB which cannot be opened. No .cfg file options. Wondering what I have done wrong here. Not a big deal right now, but I will have to look into this further when I get home. Thanks for the quick reply, Bob. Awesome customer service, as always!
