sds100/200 stop scanning

My sds100 and 200 both will stop scanning after they have been on a few hours. I used to shut it off and turn it back on to start it back up but have learned that if I use the channel button to select and deselect it will start scanning again. Has any one else had this issue?

No but I would make new SD cards and replace them

Sounds like the cards are going bad.

SanDisk high endurance cards are a good replacement option.

You probably programmed both scanners the same way. It's impossible that two SD cards could have the same exact problem. There is an issue when you have a system that hasn't got any fixed TG's programmed or only one TG or some similar configuration. It also had to be under some specific programming of the systems scan order. It had the result that the scanner seemed to go dead, the problem you are having.

Scanner seems to stop receiving signals after several days the scanner has been on

Has anyone seen an issue with an SDS200 that has been running for several days to basically stop receiving signals. It shows that it is scanning but doesn't really stop to hear traffic. Then I also noticed that on air 123 mhz bands when people was talking it sounded very digital and could not...
