This isn't a new problem for me, but since it just happened again I figured I'd ask. I own both a Uniden SDS100 and a SDS200 radio. I'm using the latest version of Sentinel (green shield). When I update the data base on the first radio everything works fine. When I try to update the database on the second radio, Sentinel tells me I'm running the current version. I'm selecting the correct target model for each radio. I'm not sure but I assume the database file is saved somewhere on my computer and when I attempt to update the second radio Sentinel checks and finds the current version on my computer and decides that I don't need it because I already have that version. I searched File Manager but cannot find the Sentinel database file. Does anyone else have this issue? does anyone know the name of the file Sentinel downloads to my computer and where to look for it? If I could find it, it might be easiest to just delete it and do a new download for the second radio.

The database update is stored on your PC, and when you go to update the second scanner you already have the updated database in your PC, which is what Sentinel is telling you. Just write to the second scanner.

It is important to remember:
In Sentinel, you can have separate PROFILES for different radios, but COMMON to ALL are all of your your favorite lists and the database itself.
