You will most likely be shot down with any Ohio Sunshine Law request.

They’ll first claim it’s an Infrastructure Record, then when you counter and say it’s similar to case law that allows for basic blue prints of public records they’ll return and say it’s Security Record under the Sunshine Law exemptions, that’s a wild and gross interpretation of it, but it’s their go to.

Then, say you get past all that, and hire a great records law attorney, and have them write fancy letters, then they’ll claim some DHS exemption that isn’t even relevant to Ohio Law. Also, for intimidation purposes they’ll send people to your house that falsely claim on video that they’re federal agents, when they’re just local detectives, with alcohol abuse issues and poor case solvability rate.

But by all means, I don’t mean to be so negative, they are the public’s records. Good luck.

LOL Sounds about right, funny thing is agencies like COIRS and MARCS down near Cincinnati actually publish their matrix onlne
im pretty good at figuring out whats what, one agency had no data then a presidential visit came and bingo i was able to map the system in 4 hours

goint to be interesting how this lays out, looks like they are setting up fallbacks for when a particular agency gets busy or has a situation and needs a clear channel

That's how the Sheriff's Office does it with 3 dispatch channels. Works well from I heard before they encrypted the first 2 channels.
