BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Sentinel/QKs

Just had the scanner for less than a week, so I'm still trying to learn as I go.
But I can't seem to get my QKs to work at all.

I'm sure it's something stupid/simple.

You are telling the scanner to never MONITOR those FLs, so the QK won't work. Turn MONITOR ON and re-DL to the scanner.

While you are at it, make sure the Service Type(s) you assigned to those channels are enabled.

I knew it would be something stupid.
I *thought* Monitor Off just meant the QK would be OFF (so I wouldn't have to turn it off manually).
Made sense in my head.
