sentinel run problem

I want upgrade firmware on my 436
install sentinel 1.02.01,after run see next error :
"Reconstructing full database failed.Mismatch file format version".

"Database could not be read.
BCDx36HP Sentinel Installation might be corrupted.
Please reinstall BCDx36HP Sentinel.
Mismatch file format version"

When update master HPDB,error:
Operation is canceled.
Mismatch file format version.

Update firmware -same problem.

I try reinstall sentinel,reinstall microsoft .Net -not help.

Please people,help me.and sorry my poor english.

Delete it from your computer completely. Go to BCD536HP < UnidenMan4 < TWiki and download the software from their site.
