Sorry to bring this back up folks, but Im having the same issue. It started on 8/13 where I got a message about a corrupt DB. Like the original poster - i figured it a fluke and went back the next day and the following.

I have - based on other posts said to uninstall and reinstall. No change.

I did get an error 1692640862364.png

But went back, deleted any folder that might be Uniden related and installed with Administrator rights.

The app opens, but do not recieve all data that I used to get.

I am using AT&T for my ISP. Yes, I chose SDS200.

Any words of wisdom for me?

When you download the DB from Uniden it's saved in the folder of C:\Users\All Users\Uniden\BCDx36HP_Sentinel\Updater
Check that you have a file named MasterHpdb_08_13_2023.gz that are 11518kB. (if it is last weeks DB file)

In the folder C:\Users\All Users\Uniden\BCDx36HP_Sentinel\Database
you will have all the hpd files from 0 to 113 unpacked that will have the date and time when you did the download.

You can have Windows file explorer open in that Updater folder and see the downloaded file grow in size as it gets downloaded.
If you delete the gz file it will download a new database. It will erase all hpd files in the Database folder and then populate it with new ones.

Ubbe - Thank you.

Deleting the .gz file fixed my problem. I appreciate the assistance.

Thanks again - Brian
