Sentinel software - Reconstructing full database failed message

Hi,

I've tried to install the Sentinel software on my two computers, but after starting the software, both computers give me the following error messages:

Reconstructing full database failed
Mismatch file format version

Pressing OK on that one gives a new one:

Database could not be read.
BCDx36HP Sentinel Installation might be corrupted.
Please reinstall BCDx36HP Sentinel.

Mismatch file format version.

Any ideas what might be wrong? It might be an issue with US/European computer settings?

yes, but uniden do not care about foreign users.
only usa and canada, there more money

thank you very much for solving this problem witch Sentinel mismatch.
I have scaner version for Europe - UBCD3600XLT. When i start the program, everything crashes, scanner did not start up and reported an error. I've been murdered unkindly to solve it myself and nothing...

Yes, yes Uniden do not care Non-US users...
