Anybody successfully scanning SEPTA's UHF analog trunked system on an SDS series scanner?

Using and older programming file from a BCD436, I have not been getting the TRS. Thinking there was some quirk in the programming, I deleted the system and readded it from the master database. Other than tweaking a few talkgroup names to make then shorter and creating a new talkgroup category just for the Elmwood District group of talkgroups, I changed no system info.

The SDS100 sees the system. I get full bars on the signal strength. In ID search mode, it even stopped on TG 1072 which had a bus operator going through his in service announcement only to have nobody on the other end (which was interesting because this is not a documented system talkgroup). However, it skips over traffic on programmed talkgroups. I have an older PSR-800 scanning away on the SEPTA system with no issues. If I hold the SDS100 on a specific talkgroup (say Suburban Supervisors), it will broadcast audio and show accurate RIDS. But, releasing it back to scan yields silence.

I'm stumped.

The only talkgroups normally locked out are the six city bus dispatch channels. I unavoided them to see if this programming change would work.
