Any idea who you are hearing when this happens or is it random agencies that appear immediatley after the LFD TG ends a voice transmission. Also what site are you experiecing this with?
If it sounds like CSP or Parker PD then it's possibly the TG "Image" problem. If it's random then it's the "Hang-Time" issue of the scanner not reverting to the CC immediately after the end of a voice transmission. Happens alot up here with sites using a "Home channel" strategy.
I got rid of a 1.2 firmware radio because of the TG "Image" problem as I was tired of hearing Jeffco L.E. Dispatch when attempting to listen to Weld Ambulance dispatch. I found a 1.1 radio in Cheyenne last year and have had no problems at all with this. In the case of the 1.2 radio the TG's were numerically 512 apart. (1913-512=1401)
The "Hang-Time" issue is, unfortunately, with all versions
I have brought these issues up publicly about the PRO-96 before but some people get nasty about it and refuse to admit that the radio has serious flaws dealing with the configuration of the state DTRS.
