2020 hrs on scene, John sector, signal 84, units sees lights on, now out. SOD K9, air one enroute. 2044, units sees 4 looking out window. flashlights in house/bldg. its an office bldg,....

On 4th floor.,,,,2051 hrs 2 subjts in window, not corner office,,,,lights going out on 4th floor also,,,,unit requested to take officers to clear bldging floor by floor,, 2055hrs, as per 44J NEG........2100 hrs, rollcall out of units on scene. suspt id as light skinned male to med complection, dark mask, blk hat, armed with silver hand gun, 2103 hrs a/p/ 44j bear cat in route, air 1 2mikes out.. staging pnc bank pk lot. 6009 st banrnabas rd nxt to home depot. route, beltway to st B. suspt took purse and keys to vehs in pkng lot. of office buliding.

Citizens in bldging, driving school to end at 2100hrs on 3rd floor asking to remain in place,,, 2118 hrs, 6196 oxon hill rd driving school let out and clear.,,,,, three people exited bldging, one was employee. All three verified.,,,,, 2130 hrs, numeros "other" units enroute at this time.,,,,,,2134 hrs, call taker still on phone with citizens still in bldg, told to remain locked in office ste. 511..
2136 hrs someone sticking head out window, also sup. to call, folks in ste 311, 501.,,,,,,

2143 hrs, Asking for plans to bldg.,,,,,,,2146 hrs, three exiting bldg side 2, ,,,,,Came from business meeting,,,,2148 hrs, no one to leave scene (citizens) until debreifed by Conflict Management.

2215 Hrs,,,,,,,

Rivertown shopping ctr now being blocked to allow flow away from incident target location. To many are inside their perimeter.,,,,,,across from Bojangles, to many citizens in line of fire, parking lot is full. as per Air 1. Units to this local to assist clearing.

2219 hrs, Command Post now has the radio.

2225 hrs;
Another call from bldg, David Tax Service and Swim Day Spa ste. 808 and has a dog with them, they are secured a/p 911 Call Taker,,,,,,,

2229 hrs, two inside Spa, Units advised to record and chk all vehicles leaving area..

2241: hrs, as per a citizen, heard women scream saying "he has a gun", about a half hour after orignal call came in.,,,,,

Update:

2325 hrs, citizens who were advised to stay put are trying to leave building a/p call takers. PD Units about to approach to clear building.

2348 hrs, Entry made into building, clearing lower floors.

Update:

0013 hrs, five (5) citizens coming down w/"T"ime unit. Now on 4th and 5th floors, 78's going off. Sorry, alarms. SWAT making entry into offices.

0019 hrs, 14 additional citizens now coming down.

Last update:

0057 hrs. Cleared Day Spa on 8th floor, citizen ok. .
Air One secured,

0114 hrs, As per Communications getting a call from someone on thrid floor @ building 6188. Commandpost ask Communications to call them back to verify their location.

0115 hrs, They were calling from 6192 and free to go.

0121 hrs, building secured, no suspects found. Scene to be secured, Station Clear.
