Both your posts are 100% spot on. Unfortunately the people either can't get what you're saying or more likely don't want to get it because its all about "Me, me me" with them.
The funniest thing of all though is the guy making allegations of fraud against Uniden above and saying they promised the app with the scanner and then goes on to explain how he researched in depth everything UPMan and Uniden had to say before, during and after the launch of the scanner and from the beginning they said it would NOT be included with the scanner.
Amazing, he proves your and others point and doesn't even realize he's saying two completely opposite things about the same issue. Not to mention he proves his own baseless allegations false with his own "Research"
I don't understand how after all this time they can't figure out that Uniden isn't going to say jack about it until they want to so get off that horse and do something else. I mean short of being hit on the head how much has to happen before that concept gets through to them.
Good luck with your efforts to educate but I think you are just wasting your time frankly with people who are either incapable of understanding or refuse to do so. (Probably the latter)
