UPDATE:

I have sold my Uniden BCD325P2 due to Simulcast Issues, I suggest anyone hoping to monitor fire dispatch in the future or any other channels you get a simulcast device like a Unication Pager or SDS Series. The BCD996P2 & 325P2 wont cut it.
