Nope...heard some things about them having a bit of a goat rope at the moment due to staffing issues (in the Radio Shop) but nothing more than that.
Blanco County declared on the 21st. Rumor is Lampasas County is planning on declaring.

Here in Fannin, Local government is going to be shut down. The OEM has the Ambus on stand-by, Ham's at all the fire departments and secure location (LOL) ALL Campgrounds, Hotel rooms (Three whole hotels) B&B, Air BnB's and even a few sewers have been booked for months.
So ... What's going to happen if its raining all day long??

Many of us are asking this same question. The county EM seems to think the repeaters are going to go down and Ham will be the only way to communicate emergency traffic between the rural towns and Bonham. Now, if you have never heard a Fannin Ham on a repeater, I'd encourage you to listen in on echo link sometime to K5FRC. Have a sack of popcorn handy ...

Good thread Ensnared, your intent is appreciated. In Fannin where the view is supposed to be epic the fear is the overflow of non-local drivers taking over the roadways and causing wrecks that aren't easy to respond to in normal circumstances. I know our county requested Air Evac to stage at the Bonham Airport, AE declined that one. The EM is really gung ho on amateur radio operators saving the county. If I lived in Grayson, Collin or Hunt I wouldn't really be worried but here, some, no many of these folks are farmers with radio licenses who have the worst radio protocol on the planet. So here we are on the day the planet is to come to a halt, our hams are going to save us. I believe it was a bad call. They aren't even RACES certified. Heck, our 911 dispatchers are wrecker company rejects. None can even get state certification due to their education levels. That's fact that comes from several of them personally. Seriously, the stagecoach still fires a shot gun at 4 way intersections before passing through.
Fortunately though it looks like it'll be rained out up here. Good luck down south, hopefully y'all don't get people using the bathroom on the roadside while traffic is in gridlock on your Farm to Market roads!

Morgan County Indiana is making some rules for the eclipse. Plus my area is going to be busy in Bloomington Indiana schools and my apartment area of elletsville Indiana. Plus the schools and everywhere are going to be closed. I don't recommend coming to Bloomington Indiana. Plus the bus system is not running so you can't listen to that ether. if your in the way make sure to follow along with local police and people in the area
