Something Weird on 396XT ver1.04.04

I have a strange thing happening. So heres the scoop. Six month old BCD396XT Ver 1.04.04 programmed thru Freescan, Monitoring the Palmetto P25 system all tower locations programmed and all talkgroup ids are programmed and locked out. System in search mode. I have received four different IDs all 4 do the same thing . ID: i001100630,i001100631,i00111826 and i00111830 also while they are talking the 630 and 631 ids switch back and forth while displaying dst and svc after the ids The 826 and 830 ids do the same thing. My question is what the heck is going on?? I have posted in the SC forum also to see what our local guys have to say. But I feel they are scratching their heads too. TIA

Can anyone confirm that these are I-calls?

I believe what you are hearing is I-tacs or I-calls. Search for I-calls, theres is a wiki for it.

Thanks , Thats what I just did and I seen in the wiki "For the XT series of radios, the I-Call is automatic in ID Search " You know the search feature is a wonderful thing LOL.. Thanks Again
