Exactly .. it 100% depends on your location and the signals present. If you live in an urban environment with lots of very strong signals, you can expect to have more issues.

That's because decode issues will vary from system to system. Some people think that because they have issues, everyone must have them. That is not the case. Some systems will work fine, and others will have issues. Usually the ones with the issues everyone will have issues with.

It is 100% about location and really the signals in the area where the scanner is used. Some people may have no problems at all, some may have lots (as we have seen in Los Angeles with these scanners). It all depends on the environment that the scanners are used in. That will make all the difference.
