I came by them once. I think they are one of the business trunked systems.
Maybe Industrial Radio.

I went to fcc license lookup and went to name and typed Tremont Towing got this

ULS License - Business, 896-901/935-940 MHz, Trunked License - WPNQ673 - TREMONT TOWING - Frequencies Summary

Possible iDen system?
