Sounds like officers working a shots fired call with Amador Sheriff on hwy-16 and carbondale rd. (Not in Sac County).

Units are using each other's first names -- not callsigns and are using SSD codes (940=meet with).

Thats in the California Dept Of Corrections and Rehabilitation range.

46896 appears to be in between SMF baggage ops and Elk Grove PD.
isn't CDCR is in the 18000 range?

some agencies have ranges that they cover. there is one CDCR talkgroup thats confirmed in the 18000 range, but there are confirmed CDCR talkgroups in the 46896 range that aren't listed in the DB

Amador had a particularly active incident yesterday and were seeking the asistant of nearby available agencies. Amador CHP units told dispatch that if they needed to be contacted to go through Amador's communication center, so obviously something big was going on up there.
