Wirelessly posted (Moto Droid Bionic: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; Android 4.4.2; en-us; SAMSUNG SM-P605V Build/KOT49H) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/1.5 Chrome/28.0.1500.94 Safari/537.36)

FWIW, on this tablet zoompanel.com also responds instantly and prompts for a sign up or login. I didn't create an account.

Don't know what else to suggest, Anthony. At a minimum I'm guessing you need to clean up the trashed files and registry, and get an AV program as previously suggested by QDP2012. Your ISP may have a set of maintenance software as part of the service. Good luck.

When on Engrade.com it displys this: It also does it on Zoompanel.com to.

Cannot connect to the real engrade.com

Something is currently interfering with your secure connection to engrade.com.

Try to reload this page in a few minutes or after switching to a new network. If you have recently connected to a new Wi-Fi network, finish logging in before reloading.

If you were to visit engrade.com right now, you might share private information with an attacker. To protect your privacy, Chrome will not load the page until it can establish a secure connection to the real engrade.com.

Reload Less
What does this mean?

engrade.com normally uses encryption (SSL) to protect your information. When Chrome tried to connect to engrade.com this time, engrade.com returned unusual and incorrect credentials. Either an attacker is trying to pretend to be engrade.com, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.

Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later. You can also try switching to another network.

Technical details

The certificate that Chrome received during this connection attempt is not formatted correctly, so Chrome cannot use it to protect your information.
Error type: Malformed certificate
Subject: *.engrade.com
Issuer: DigiCert SHA2 Secure Server CA
Public key hashes: sha1/9uQF0FYHFn0cMubljuRl6/WRA0Y= sha256/Hrl/BA1YKw6hqfXtYscIu5I5fxW6lSOppzRxdjwtjuA= sha1/UbxPdxcIz+UJ3enqpVSOkcBneFM= sha256/5kJvNEMw0KjrCAu7eXY5HZdvyCS13BbA0VJG1RSP91w= sha1/1S4TwavjSdrotJWU73w4Q2BkZr0= sha256/r/mIkG3eEpVdm+u/ko/cwxzOMo1bk4TyHIlByibiA5E=

Hi! Sorry for the bump, but Anthony - was this issue ever resolved? I'm trying to fix this issue most computers have at a school campus. I have tried everything suggested and is a no-go. Help appreciated if you were able to resolve. Thanks

have you done any of the suggested steps for verifying a "Clean" certificate? how can the issue be resolved if you won't perform any of the suggestions we provided.

this is what most of us do for a living. i alone have 11 years behind me and a plethora of certifications and education spanning 15 years and growing every day.

one post said from QDP2012: DO NOT IMPORT CERTS, you did not reply acknowledgement to this. so your probably re-loading a bad certificate by importing them back into a clean install.

im going to suggest closure to the topic. OP doesn't want to listen to advice.

BTW: both websites work for me in 4 different browsers without incident. Opera, FF, IE and Chrome work 100%

Check the time and date on your computer and make sure it's set to the current date. If it's way off, that will cause SSL errors too.

well, cant explain then why all of us, can load those webpages fine. you even admitted to no security, have you tested with TDSSKiller ?

QDP also mentioned that using a much older browser got the error......

in direct relation to that, you said " I dont do updates" have you installed the updates?
